Are you looking to gain healthy weight? Add muscle mass to complete a fitter and healthier look? This plan is for you.

Cancellation Policy

If sessions are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, no refund will be given and you will not be able to reschedule a session for that day. However, if sessions are cancelled within the allocated notice period (over 24 hours notice), 50% of the booking fee will be credited back to your bank account. Please allow 5-7 working days for this transaction. If you are late to your session, the session will still finish at the scheduled finishing time irrespective of how long this is, and you will still be charged the full price.
