• Products must be returned within 21 days of receiving your order.
• Proof of purchase may be required before processing your refund. 
• We DO NOT accept returns of used or worn clothing. 
• Products must be unworn and remain as received in order to receive a refund.
• In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product, the product must be returned unworn. 
• Refund will be granted in the form, initial payment was received. 
• We aim to process refunds as soon as possible. 
• We do not offer exchanges as part of our returns policy at this time.

Domestic Shipping Policy

We are currently only taking domestic (UK) orders at this time.

Shipment processing time

• All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, orders may be slightly delayed. Please give a few extra days for receipt of delivery. If there will be a significant delay in delivery you will receive notice via email.

Shipping costs & delivery times 

• Shipping is free for all domestic orders. 
• Delivery is by Royal Mail 1st Class who aim to deliver by 3pm the next working day including Saturdays. 
• Please note, delivery times are subject to Royal Mail and so expect a slower service around holidays. Delivery times are also estimates so please allow up to 3 days for delivery. 
• Delivery should be counted from moment product is shipped, of which you will be notified.
